Shipping and handling

It takes 1-2 working days for your order to be processed. Our products are shipped from our overseas warehouse with 5-10 working days trackable shipping if it is not in our Swedish warehouse which is otherwise shipped with 1-3 days trackable shipping. You will receive an email with your order confirmation once your order has been placed.

If the order is shipped from our foreign warehouse, you may also have to pay an import fee. Any import & customs fees are thus paid by the customer when the customer makes a private import.

Our prices are exclusive of VAT and there may therefore be customs and import duties when the goods arrive from our warehouse in China. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these fees.

 

Delivery confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a delivery confirmation email once your order has been shipped with your tracking number. Please check your spam folder so it doesn't go astray.

Returns

Should you for any reason want to return your product, you have a 365-day right of withdrawal where you, for whatever reason, get all your money back on returned goods. You as a customer are responsible for the return costs. The product must be unused in its original packaging. The right of withdrawal generally does not apply to customized products.
